This work involved an $80-100 million expansion for the largest healthcare system in the city of Lansing. The process included an opportunities and constraints analysis, alternative concepts, and a refined consensus plan. Sketches, study models, and color rendered plans were formatted in a video presentation that was used to communicate the hospital's physical expansion to a wide variety of interest groups.
