The Vocational Technical School is located on a 50-acre site in southern Michigan. Deardorff Design Resources provided the design and development of the Master Plan including a bus drop-off. In addition, DDR created a signage system.

The plan was adopted by the Lenawee Intermediate School District, and Phase I will be completed by the end of 2003.
