This 400-acre campus accommodates a Bible College, Graduate School, and Seminary. DDR prepared a master plan to increase the enrollment by 1,000 full-time students. The goal of the plan was to define the campus when fully developed. The plan included additional student housing, the expansion of classroom and library space, a new student recreation center, and the reorganization of parking, vehicular, and pedestrian circulation.

The planning work emphasized participation and involvement of the students, faculty, and administrative leadership. As these photographs illustrate, much of the plan has been implemented.
