Trinity Church presented a unique planning and design opportunity because of the long, narrow shape of the site (almost 1/4 mile long). The multi-use facility already existed when DDR became involved with the project. The immediate priority was a new, 20,000 square foot Christian Education addition linked directly to the existing facility. The long term priority,however, was a future 1,200-1,400 seat Worship Center with parking located within a reasonable walking distance. To achieve this objective, the Worship Center needed to be in the center of this linear site.
