Red
Cedar Evangelical Free Church is unique in that it
is a direct response to the current trend toward maga-churches.
The goal here was to grow no larger than 250 parishioners
at a worship service in order to maintain a strong,
intimate fellowship. The property purchased by the
church was approximately 12 acres and totally wooded.
Using
alternative concepts as a tool to achieve a consensus
in this small fellowship, a plan and building were
defined. Phase I was constructed within one year of
the plan's completion by a design-build company.
