Christ Presbyterian Church purchased approximately 30 acres of property in a growing suburban area and defined a ministry program to accommodate 1,000 to 1,200 people. Due to intense storm flooding, strict storm water management requirements were strong determinants of the site plan. As a result, the plan retains storm water on site as a landscape feature.

As with all DDR church planning projects, church leadership played a strong role in defining the long range Master Plan through the process of using alternative concepts to define a consensus plan.
